The 13thIndian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM)2022 program was officially launched on 19July 2022 by IFFM Festival Director,Mitu Bhowmick Lange. The festival will feature both in cinema and online and will screen over 100 films in 25 languages and encompass a diverse range of subjects including gender identity, religion, caste, and poverty and continue to present films that showcase all aspects of culture from India and the Indian subcontinent. We are back with the most exciting event of the year – The IFFM DANCE COMPETITION! Held at Fed Square, IFFM has seen many dancers rock the stage over the years.
From cute little stars hitting the dance floor to professional Bollywood dancers bringing their A-game, we will have performers from various age groups and backgrounds.
The Pan-India Superstar Tamannaah Bhatia, powerhouse singer Sona Mohapatra, along with 2020 Miss Universe Australia Maria Thattil will judge the IFFM Dance Competition. With these incredible ladies on the judges’ panel, the competition is sure to get fierce! Get ready for a day of fun and energy!
So, put on your dancing shoes and come along to our Dance Competition hosted in Federation Square. This event is absolutely FREE so mark your calendars for a big day of fun!
